Terms and conditions

In force since October 20, 2026. Use of the platform by physicians and institutions, and of the app by patients, is also governed by the agreement each physician or institution signs and the consent each patient accepts.

This is a courtesy translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version, Términos y condiciones, prevails.

1. Who provides the website

The website and the demo are provided by Three Orange SAS, owner of RitmioT, based in San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina. Contact: info@ritmiot.com.ar.

2. What RitmioT is

RitmioT is a clinical decision support tool used under medical supervision. It does not diagnose, it does not replace the judgment of the treating physician and it is not an emergency service. As of today it is not registered as a medical device with ANMAT or any other regulator.

3. Website content

The website describes what the platform does and cites published evidence on remote patient monitoring. It is general information: it is not medical advice for a particular patient or a commercial offer. Commercial terms are agreed in writing with each physician or institution.

4. The demo

The demo shows the platform with a fictional patient whose data are made up and do not belong to any person. It is read-only and the session lasts a few hours. The contact details left when entering (name, email and phone, all optional) are used only to contact the person who left them, as described in the privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

It is not allowed to try to access non-public parts of the system, interfere with its operation, automate mass access or copy the website's content for commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The RitmioT brand, logo, texts, screenshots, videos and website design belong to Three Orange SAS. RitmioT has a patent application filed with INPI (Argentina). Parts of the website may be quoted or shared with attribution.

7. Links to other websites

The website links to third-party services, such as YouTube or the app stores. Their use is governed by their own terms.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the website and the demo available and accurate, but they may have interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Three Orange SAS is not liable for damages arising from the use of the website or the demo.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

10. Changes

These terms may change. The effective date above shows the current version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute falls under the ordinary courts of San Miguel de Tucumán, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
